In light of the current Covid-19 situation in South Africa, Heidi and her team would like to ensure you that as healthcare professionals your safety and health is our primary concern. We have always followed strict infection control protocols and these will now be advanced to address the current Covid-19 pandemic. We continue to take evidenced based measures so that we can provide ongoing services to our patients in the safest way possible.
We kindly ask that you adhere to the following measures when visiting our practice:
- Kindly arrive on time for your appointment to prevent large numbers of people in the waiting room.
- On arrival, please use the hand sanitiser provided in the practice.
- Should you be demonstrating any symptoms (dry cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and fever), please follow self-quarantine guidelines and contact us to postpone your appointment.
